2. Customers, who have bought tickets for the regular bus lines of “MATPU” LTD can deny the travel and return the ticket, under the following conditions:
2.1. If the customer declares the denial at least 24 hours before the departure of the regular bus line, that the ticket is for, the transporter returns the funds for the purchased ticket, but deducts/ holds off 10% (ten per cent) of the ticket’s price;
2.2. If the customer declares the denial less than 24 hours before the departure of the regular bus line, that the ticket is for, the transporter returns 70% (seventy per cent) of the funds for the purchased ticket;
2.3. In order to deny their travel, customers must provide the purchased ticket’s number, received from the automated ticket selling system via e-mail, or provide the ticket/ receipt;
2.4. Declaring denial of travel or return of funds is performed personally by the customer/traveler at the checkout counters of “MATPU” LTD throughout the country;
2.5. If the customer has paid for negotiated or performed by the company services using a card, the return will be performed through a credit transaction to the card, which was used during the payment process;
2.6. The funds can’t be returned if the bus has already departed.
